    Ordered the bed, started to see all the negative reviews pop up. Decided to cancel before receiving shipping info. Never got canceled. Order showed up, decided to give it a try. Didn't work at all. Caused baby to choke on spit up opposed to just passing it. Went to look at the return policy which is absolutely ridiculous. You cannot send back the item in the "original packaging" since it is packed in air compression bags you physically have to cut into in order to open. They aren't on ****** under their brand name for a reason....

    This Company seems to be a scam. I ordered the product and within 3 days of receipt of the product emailed them per the instructions provided for a refund. They have failed to respond to multiple calls and emails failed and give me my refund. Do not order from here. They are a scam.

    I followed all of the refund policy steps and they failed to refund me wouldnt reply to emails for several weeks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
