    I signed a surrogacy contract with USA Baby tree, INC on 11/30/2020, and remitted the money to the trust account designated by ******************* (HongTaoYu) in three installments, with a total amount of $116,800. Contract completion time is 2/28/2022.According to the user and payment time listed in the contract, USA Baby tree, INC should provide me with proof of the whereabouts of the funds and the invoice of the payee (the invoice of the payee for each payment); and request: Trust account manager: ************************ , APC, to explain its dereliction of duty.Pay and remit money from the trust account to the user separately according to the user and payment time listed in the contract. The fact is that every payment was transferred to his own account by ************************* the principal and owner of the funds, I have the right to require USA Baby tree, INC to provide proof of the whereabouts of each fund and the payee's invoice. Otherwise, the funds will be deemed to have been appropriated by *******************. If this is the case, my funds will be returned and a fine of $100,000 will be imposed.Pursuing trust account administrators for misconduct: ************************, APC.
