    The Alpicool fridge CL50, less than 1 year old stopped working, smoke is coming from the compressor vents.My multiple requests to Alpicool for warranty repair/ replacement failed.Alpicool does not stand behind their products, defrauding customers by manufacturing low quality products and providing fake warranty.

    But we have not gotten a reply from the customer yet. It seems that the customer has not received our email,.
    We will contact the customer for the replacement. 
    From now on,we will improve the efficiency of our responses to improve our customer service quality.

     I am rejecting this response because: I replied to Alpicool with original invoice/purchase receipt and my shipping address. Warranty repair/replacement is still not initiated on their side.

    On numerous occasions I have contacted Apicool for warranty services for my Apicool CL50 12-v fridge. Business failed to respond back.
