    7/18/24 Cheap Fingerprints ******************************************************************* ************ I paid for Live Scan fingerprinting for the **************** of ******** The tech has no training in what makes a fingerprint be of quality, nor how to make sure the print is in the correct area of the surface. The tech confirmed "they just slap the fingers down and scan"The Live Scan fingerprinting was rejected by the *** for poor quality. The office manager reported to me in a heated telephone conversation that this occurs often, and they are not responsible for the quality of the scanning they provide.The manager could not tell the failure rate of their location for rejected fingerprinting scans. This also was not told to me by the business when I used their services. This fact should had been told to me prior to paying, and using their services. This is representative of their poor business practices. If they know they have a problem with scanning medical personnel, that should be told to customers. I would have been able to make an informed choice.

    Good afternoon,

    I have attached a refunded receipt, as well as as a copy of our response to ***************************** complaint.

    We have refunded the full amount including the service fee directly to her initial form of payment.

    ******** was notified the day of the service that her fingerprints had low quality which is immensely common in her field of career.

    ******** was also notified via ****** Complaint response and over the phone that she can come back in to have her fingerprints re-submitted at no charge since ******* is requesting it, as well as has the option to find a Fingerprinting site closer to her.
