    Received broken item. Returning it has been nothing but a problem. Return policy says you can return item in 30 days . Called the day I opened it and noticed it was cracked. Still nothing but a pain I asked to try to return this item.I received broken . I will never try or buy from the company again. In my opinion the worst customer service

    Easy to buy intentionally impossible customer service when there is a problem. The toilet we purchased for over $700 has sparse instructions and many functions have no way to turn them off. **************** routes you to nowhere. The phone number is a bot that tells you to email and hangs up. The email submit function is broken. And the live chat is also an bot and gives only lip service with empty follow up or straight up ignores you. Many of their positive reviews seem fake as well. There is no recourse to hold them accountable. Recommend to avoid.

    They are an all out scam of a drop ship company. I ordered a large kitchen table described as "Crafted from quality solid wood in a beautiful gray finish" and states "Sturdy Construction: Made from solid wood with a double pedestal base for extra support." and states in the materials it is "Top Material : Engineered Wood". However, the table is a hollow plastic/laminate with a printed gray on the plastic. It is not solid OR wood in any way, and incredibly cheap. What is more wild are the reviews on their site saying "its wood so its easy to clean", while its NOT wood in any way, and the pictures posted are not even close to what this table looks like, so they clearly fake the reviews as well. So in less than 24 hours of receiving the cheap plastic, I requested a refund for quality issues, where they have gone back and forth claiming there is a dent in it, based on the cheap color printing in the picture, tried to offer a new top in 12 weeks, then asked if I would take 20% refund to just keep it, then finally said they won't refund for quality when I said the only solution is return and refund. Then they said I can repack the same way it was in all the original material, send them pics of my packing, then I need load it on a pallet and get it shipped to them internationally (though it came from a stateside dropship), and when they get it they will decide how much they might refund. But seeing other reviews here, clearly they will claim they didn't receive either. They also claim they are messaging me with solutions, but they stopped replying when I refused to ship it back on my dime. Here they will reply that they are sorry, and want to help, and to check my email, and then this case will close if I don't reply, and they are hoping for that. But I handle these cases as my job, and I WILL continue to reply so that this case and review remains open and on the reviews they have here (they deleted my review on their site too...)

    This company is a real scam. I placed an order around 10pm and received an email next morning that my items were shipped. They put wrong address so I tried to contact them through chat and a bot told me to contact the carrier. It obviously has not shipped which ***** confirmed. Their customer service line is always busy and char is a bot, no real human. I just asked them to cancel but they are lying that the items have shipped already and I need to pay shipping and other fees for something that has not shipped yet. So they pretty much force you into keeping the items by making it super difficult to return. Scammers, liers, will never order from them again.

    Homary scammed us. I ordered an extendable living room table and wanted to return it since it came broken. They took more than 3 WEEKS to respond to me and give me a shipping label. Once they gave me a shipping label and I returned it with proof of the item being received, they said they never received anything. Their customer service is absolute trash and are very unhelpful
