    I was on the freeway 3 car lengths behind the truck. It was hauling steel forms with dried cement clots falling off the steel forms. Every bump he hit as he was swerving all over the road either on his phone or just not paying attention, He was loosing chunks off the sides of the load on his truck. A chunk and lots of little particles all flew at my car and bounced off my hood. Scratched my hood with about an inch big gash/scratch, took big size paint chips out with dents and cracked my windshield in a couple places. Ive contacted the owner of the company multiple times and she says that her steel forms are as clean as they come. what I have pictured there is cement on the first trailer closest to the cab of the truck and that I need to contact my own insurance and its not her problem. She said then after the second form of contact I made that she would review the footage on the trucks camera to see if he was driving recklessly and that she would contact me after the holidays and I got back to her and all she said was you need to contact your insurance company again. Have pictures of truck the truck swerving all over and pictures of the cracks scratches and chips on my car.
