    This company sold me three large pieces of furniture. The wood is compressed material and not able to Hold screws. In addition, they were missing pieces and had mislabeled pieces. The seller then refused to refund my money or send return labels because they insist I should get replacement pieces and keep trying. I want a return label and I will happily return them. I want a full refund.

    I bought a pantry and everything was great until the very end when I realized I was missing a part. I need this part to finish off one of the drawers to this pantry. I have asked multiple times for them to send me the missing part so I can finish this pantry, but nothing. They keep telling me that they are trying to contact the manufacturer and to wait but never get back to me. I am extremely frustrated and want the part THAT I PAID FOR.

    I purchased a MUPATER 5ft Lighted Outdoor Christmas Decoration Nativity Scene, Lighted Christmas Yard Decor Nativity Set for Lawn and Home Holiday Party with Lights, Zip Ties and Ground Stakes, Gold (ORDER # ***-0655967-6075406) from Infeet Shop/Amazon on October 30, 2023, for $100.69. The nativity lit for two nights, but then it rained, and it never lit again. I contacted the company via email, and they provided some suggestions for fixing the problem. However, none of them worked, so they sent me a label and said I could return the item for a refund. When I took the package to *** in ********, ************, the customer service representative told me that the address was not valid, so I tried to call the number that was sent to me, and it was a nonworking number. Then I contacted Amazon to let them know that I could not send the package back because the label sent to me had an invalid address. This is the address from the label: CAP-MJTK, ********************************************************. The contact phone number was ************. Amazon said they would investigate the problem, but I received an email from them that my request for a refund was denied. I would be happy to return the item if a valid address is provided. I would like a refund since this product does not work.

    I purchased a greenhouse from this company on May 26th. When it arrived there were multiple damaged items. When I reach back out to them they told me that returns or troublesome and it would be easier for me to just deal with it on my own and offered me $50. I cannot replace all the damaged items for $50. I've been trying to get them to either refund it or exchange it for one that is not damaged. They told me due to shortages they could not exchange it and they're not offering me a feasible way to return it. I'm attaching multiple messages back and forth from me to them along with pictures of the damaged items
