      We picked up and delivered 2 loads for RunBuggy. Both of them took 10 days for the status to update saying Payout processing. Now it has been 2day since that and still no payment. We tried to get our factoring company to factor our BOL from them. YOU CAN'T! Nobody will factor BOL's from Runbuggy, because they have a bad credit score and don't pay! They should not be able to post loads period! Its bad business practice and misleading. They don't do good business! They post on Central dispatch as well as having their own app and site! They prey on new authorities and people just not knowing about them! They will give you the run around for your money even weeks after you deliver.

      We received the attached on January 27, 2025, and are responding via email because the online portal will not allow a response. 

      Relevant to the complaint, this motor carrier delivered two (2) shipments for us:
      • The first was delivered on 12/27/24 and payment was completed on 1/9/25 (within 8 business days).
      • The second shipment was delivered on 1/2/25 and payment was completed on 1/10/25 (within 6 business days).

      My vehicle was picked up on August 2nd, delivery was promised on the 3rd. It was then changed to the 6th, I wasted all day waiting with no contact. Changed to the 7th and finally delivered to me at 8 pm by a woman driving my vehicle up instead of delivering on a truck. My vehicle was driven 81 miles of an approx 400 mile trip. I did not give my permission for anyone to drive my vehicle.

      RunBuggy contacted the motor carrier that provided transport services to the customer, and the motor carrier disputed customer's claim.  Nonetheless, as a customer service, we offered to refund the customer a portion of her fee, which she accepted by providing an address to mail a check.  We therefore consider this matter closed.

      I purchased my vehicle 2017 ****** crosstrek with vroom August 24th, it was to be delivered through runbuggy on September 5th, then September 6th now they are saying they don't know when and they can't get an answer from the driver. They don't communicate, it's impossible to speak to someone, keeping any answers is impossible, I paid a large shipping cost for it to be delivered within 2 weeks and I'm getting ran around and ignored. I just want my car already. I'm told 1 thing and it never happens. Told ill get a call with information never happens. Something needs to be done. This business is absolutely horrible.

      Thank you for bringing this customer's concern to our attention. 

      Our records indicate that the customer's vehicle was delivered on September 8, 2023. Despite our efforts to ensure delivery by the estimated delivery date of September 5, the assigned transporter was in fact delayed a few days. As soon as we received his complaint, we attempted to contact the customer to apologize for the delay, seek his feedback and address his concerns, but have not yet been able to reach him (we will keep trying).
