    **** has been so amazing to me and my dad. My dad absolutely loves the hearing aides, but unfortunately this is the second time the hearing aide broke and **** has been super kind, efficient and extremely wonderful customer service. We have been super impressed at how he has handled your product and gotten new pairs out to my father. Which we really appreciate. Thank you so much ****. You have been truly a blessing.

    My review is not of the product but of the CUSTOMER SERVICE.I was disappointed with the hearing aids I received and decided to return them. A hassle was expected. Based on experience with other companies I thought I may never receive a refund. I contacted Ceretone via email and promptly received a response from Rissa, one of their customer service representatives. Her first suggestion was that they send me a different pair but when I insisted on a refund she said she would start the *** process. Long story short, I received the *** and post paid mailing label with tracking number. The same day I mailed the package I received an email from ****** telling me I had received a payment for the full amount that I had paid. ***************** in my opinion, deserves 5 stars.

    ZERO or NEGATIVE stars was not available! I bought their hearing aids in 2021. They are of mediocre quality and constantly shut down due to earwax problems and require mailing into these guys. It takes 3 to 5 weeks to get them back. However, the worst part of dealing with these clowns is the absolutely non-existent customer service. In order to get an RMA for warranty repairs, you will be calling every few days for a month or 2 trying to get a response. They also offer email and chat. They refuse to respond to either of these portals also. A year ago, after a month of being ignored, they had the nerve to beg me to give them a good review. As a backup, I bought a pair of $300 MD Hearing Aids. They are a better design that solves the problem I am having with ceretone units. In addition, they actually answer the phone, respond to emails within 24 hours and return calls within 24 hours. Unless you love to deal with absolutely abysmal customer service, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH CERETONE.
