      I purchased some aftermarket rear brake lights for my 2009 Jeep Wrangler, upon delivery I unfortunately found the quality not what I had expected and they didnt work for my setup. I immediately requested a return and refund, however they have been trying to offer me a 15% refund and to sell them. I made it clear that this was not acceptable and that I would like to return them for a full refund, however they continue to stall and offer no acceptable solution.

      I have been trying to cancel an order and get my money back for almost two weeks. I bought a Hood with them that said it was in stock (and still does), and I paid for it. It turned out to be false. It was on backorder, and after several emails, the seller told me they found it (probably in China) and that the shipping will take two months. That's when the problems started. Since that moment, I've been trying to cancel my order and get my money back because I don't want to wait for something uncertain that is not in the hands of the seller.

      Today, Wednesday (it's laughable), they sent me another email, even after I told them not to make any more offers and to return my money. It turns out they have it in some warehouse and they can send it to me with a 15% discount and some part for my car, but I didn't pay attention because what I want is to cancel the order and get my money back. Everything I have received from them has been nothing but lies, and I don't want to get involved in a situation where I end up paying more than a thousand dollars for something uncertain with a company that has shown me they are not trustworthy.

      I don't want any further complications. I just want to cancel my order and have my money fully refunded before I have to make any payment for this acquired debt.

      I purchased running lights and brackets for my ****** ******** Street Glide St on 3/28/23 for the amount of $226.31. The description says the lights were plug and play. The items were received and upon inspection they were damaged and the coating was subpar. There was no wire harness making these lights plug and play. I contacted the business who advised the wires would have to be spliced together. I declined this and requested a refund for the misrepresentation of the items and the items being damaged. I was offered a 10% discount which I declined. I was told I would be emailed a return shipping label which never came. I disputed the charge with my financial institution and then I was emailed a return label. The items were delivered for 1 week and had not received a refund. I was then advised my card was refunded and would take 3-5 business days. 10 days and still no refund. Their phone number does not transfer you to an actual person so no contact can be made. This company is a fraud and should be shut down.

      I ordered the lights on 4/4/23. I was billed for them the same day. After a few weeks I tried contacting the company. No one would return my calls. I left several messages. I tried emailing and finally got a response from David Matthews asking for a few days to check on it. Then he replied back with a tracking number. It turned out to be no good. He ask for a few more days and said if he couldn’t resolve it with the shipper he would refund me. It’s been over a month and you can see from the emails that nothing they have told me has been correct and he’s making excuses for not refunding my money. I explained early in the conversation that I wanted to CANCEL THE ORDER.

      They told me one time it was delivered and then told me it was lost after it was supposedly delivered. I even told them to not contact me anymore but they still are emailing me.
      I just want my money and to not be contacted by that company anymore.

      I purchased a set of Jeep LED tail lights and minutes after tried to cancel the order with no luck. Upon receiving the lights I contacted them to start the return process. I was asked to take pictures and even video of the product even though I hadn’t even opened the box. The photo I sent showed a few small scratches on one of the lights which were there from the beginning. It’s now been almost 3 weeks and I’m still going back and forth trying to get this resolved. Their phone number always goes to voice mail. I’ve never had to go through so much in my life to return an item that I don’t even want.

      On March 13, 2023 I made an online purchase of Roxmad Front Amber/White LED Grille/Raptor Lights Kit with Smoke Lens For TRD PRO Toyota Tacoma. Order number was 70346. The total cost of the item was $108.80CAD. On March 26 2023 item arrived. Upon opening the package 1 of the 4 LED lights was so badly bent that there is no way to fit into the grill. Bending the plastic would cause it to crack even further. At first I tried calling the company, only problem is the given phone number included in the shipped item is not longer valid. Next step was to try email. I have yet to receive a response from them via that route as well. All I want is a replacement, or my money back, whatever. Customer service is poor and reading the reviews it seems to be a common issue

      Feb.13/2023 ordered just under $600 worth of accessories for motorbike tried to call and reach out to them could not.emailed numerous times I feel I have been ripped off,what do I do?       I bought a Motorcycle with 4.5" LED fog lights + housing + mounting brackets + LED turn signal lights for Harley Davidson.
      I tried calling about ten times phone number went directly to voicemail. I have emailed twice with no response. I want to return my items because they came without mounting brackets and from seeing all the horrible reviews. I no longer trust this company or their company to uphold their products.

      Order was placed on 2 Dec and it’s almost 2 months that I’ve not received my full order. On the boxes it says 2/3 and 3/3 box 1/1 was missing. Contacted UPS and they said they can’t help with anything I need to contact back my company but I’m seeing no help from LED mart too. If something is lost then that’s not my fault, send me another LED light and figure out your old one later. Even I’ve sent them email with the CCTV recording too that I’ve received only 2 parcels.
      The light that is missing is 52 inch Bar light, the box they have sent is around 40 inch, my question is even if they claim that they have sent it, how did they fit that 52 inch into that 40 inch box ?
      I hope I’ll get reply ASAP as it’s already been 2 months.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      It’s been almost 2 months that I paid for LED and still waiting for, as a customer I pay for shipping charges, then import duty and then price of the LED and still they are telling me that they are finding it. If they really care about their customer then they should send new lights and then sort out what happened to the old one. I’ve sent them CCTV footage as well that UPS have not delivered me any LED lights and they still telling me to wait.

      I have been trying to contact the company to cancel my order. The order has not shipped and it has been almost a week. I have emailed, called, left a voicemail and messaged as per the website. The business uses a cell phone, WhatsApp and Facebook for communication. I have received no communication back. The company has already charged my card 471 dollars before the order shipped.
