      RE: Unknown charge of $35.00 on January 15, 2023 for SQ VOYAGER CONSULTANT that I never authorized. Don't know who they are nor what they do and have never contacted them or had any business or personal relationship with this company.
      I had to look this company up online and did that so have the address & name, phone number. Called several times and is only a message saying "Leave a message"- "Sorry Mailbox is full", text me. I did try to text to the phone number listed and no response, after 2 days. I said in the text I never did any business with them ever and that I would file a complaint; adding to that, said there's a glitch on the message so that I can't get her name, & seems to be deliberate. Today when I called the Business, the same mailbox is full, but this time the Name on the message is Clearly Spoken as "Jackie". I believe they got my text and cleared that up though I still cannot leave a message. I don't want them charging me again and do not know how much information they have about me either.

      My name is ***** ****. I am the president of Voyager Consultants. Someone posted a complaint about an unknown charge from us. This person was a customer who purchased a phone from one of our agents. I already called T***** S**** and issued her a refund.
