I ordered a rim assuming that the product would be able to be used once it was put on the balancer is the tire on it the rim is bent I contacted the company and they told me that if it was even the slightest scratch I would be charge the servicing to give $185 which was the price that I paid for the rain to start with faster shipping all I ask and I even sent videos of it on the balancer that it was bad for a new rim and they gave me the runaround on it telling me that you know they might not get anything back and they still have not responded except saying that the above

Hi ***** We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee as I mentioned in my email to you. We ship all wheels insured and we would be happy to issue a full refund for the wheel as long as it is in the same condition as received (not damaged from being used). I see that you have not used the prepaid UPS return label that we sent you back in August. Please let me know if you need us to resend the prepaid UPS return label so you can return the wheel for a full refund.
