    I recently a month ago leased a brand new Hyundai palisade sel, I still have as of today only 190 miles,few days ago I wanted to wash the car. as I was drying the roof I noticed few scratches on the top, which was impossible to detect with out climbing on a ladder,right away I contacted the sales manager called *********** and I expressed my concern unfortunately he was indifferent about the issue,after sending few emails I got a threatening email from Ontario Hyundai general manager.stating that if I continue baseless requests they will notify the authorities, just because for proof I requested the footage of the video that they told me( we reviewed the video and we didnt find any damages, the car was in excellent condition) they cut me off by saying if I step on their dealership lot they will consider it as a harassment, I contacted Hyundai headquarters they said its privately owned business and they cant help me, if this is a good business transaction I wonder what would be the bad business transaction, instead of apologizing and admitting to their mistakes, they sent me harassment email that I cant go back to their dealership.

    I purchased a used vehicle from Ontario Hyundai in June of 2022. My vehicle kept burning oil extremely fast, I was constantly being told that my car, ** Jetta, normally ***** oil fast. They would not look at it and said that I purchased car as is, even though I purchased the extended warranty. I finally took my vehicle to another dealer in my home town, after several tests, which took about 3 months, the ** Dealership Repair Shop, ran a final test and found that there was metal shavings in the engine. Then in June of 2023, the final conclusion is that I needed a new engine. No help from Ontario Hyundai!!!When I purchased my vehicle, I was told that vehicle just got to their lot a couple of days ago. I was told that they did a thorough inspection of the vehicle before they sold it to me. NOT TRUE!!! If they did, they would have found that the car had a faulty engine.Stay away from Ontario Hyundai!!! Their vehicles are not inspected properly and now I have been without a car since June of 2023, barely a year after purchasing this car from there. It is now March of 2024. VERY UPSET!!!
