    One of the sales rep came to our business and told us how our costs will be reduced etc by using all false promises We opted for this company to reduce our costs for a win win for our customer and our business as after COVID. Our business was struggling and every penny counts We used it for two months and our costs doubled deposits not showing in our bank accounts and it was impossible to track sales of the day Vs transfers by quest In other words it was a complete hassle and we had no choice except moving out of there business agreement Despite of all their mistakes and thousand of dollars loss in this situation due to their over commitments they still took early termination fees We had one agreement for using their services for our three outlets And they deducted the termination fees double they took off our approx $2200 last few days ago And we had our checks bounced for our small business employees due to these withdrawals This is in human and miss commitments Despite of our verbal and written request to close our accounts they have still not closed the accounts All in all as I see other reviews have similar complaints as they work on this game plan and take out money from small struggling Business PERHAPS that’s why they are not recognized by BBB But they should be reported to chamber of commerce and other inland anti mal practice trade bureaus If they will not return our amounts I appeal you all to contact us and we report them and take them to task And save future small businesses to not get in this trap
