    I bought a Coziwow dog ramp for my senior dog, Laika. through Amazon. First, I laid the ramp flat for several weeks to get my dog used to the texture and feel of the ramp. After a month we had Laika use it. Ramp was somewhat narrow and ***** cut her paw on the Plastic Edging where Ramp Folds. We trained some more with the ramp flat but ***** cut her paw twice more on the plastic. Amazon told me I had to get in touch with the seller for any product issues since the ramp was past the Return Date. I tried several times to contact Coziwow with NO LUCK. I tried emailing them with pictures of my injured dogs paw along with defective plastic section of ramp where cuts occurred, but the emails DID NOT Send!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY PURCHASES!!! There is NO WAY to contact them if you have ANY issues with your Product!! Extremely Poor or NO Customer Support!! I CAN NOT USE THIS RAMP AND REQUESTED A REFUND, AGAIN NO REPLY because there is NO WAY TO MAKE CONTACT!!!

    I wanted to leave 0 stars, but this option isn’t available. I ordered directly from them, was given a tracking number that didn’t work, then received s mess that my package had been delivered, but it was not delivered.
    I emailed the address given and it was returned as undeliverable, that that address had been disabled. I found yet another address, and was given the same undeliverable response.
    I contacted *****.com, as this is where I found Coziwow, they sent me another email, through which they asked me twice to send a copy if my order, which I did, and they simply said they were sorry, but they couldn’t find my order. No offer to refund me or send me the product.
