    I ordered a handbag that I thought was real brand but in turn was fake. I returned it and paid for shipping, but they have not given me my refund yet. I purchased it in late June. I have sent numerous emails and have confirmation it would be applied back to my account but hasnt. If you could help me get a refund if would be greatly appreciated as I have confirmation the bag was delivered back to them. Thank you,*****
