    **************** is horrible. I had a bad experience 1 time. So I gave a honest review. So I put the past beside me. On 5/30/24 i called to reschedule an appointment to get our travel trailer serviced and the owners son that we had our 1st incident answers. So we give him our info and 1st thing he says is oh i dont want to work on your rv you might just give us another bad review. So we hung up the phone. And called back spoke to the sales manager do discuss what has happened and then the sales manager says I don't give a s**t where you take your trailer to. No one in customer service should talk to customerw in that way. I will not be recommending anyone there. Worst place ever. Super friendly when your signing that paperwork to make a purchase after they get your money they talk to you how ever they want.

    First Visit-The Honestos brought their trailer in for some repairs. One specific repair was the door lock which my technicians assumed it was the key lock. When they came to pick it up the stated that the problem was the door was hard to close without the key. At this time they added an item to the list which was the awning arm. We ordered the awning arm but the manufacturer could not give us a ship date. This was unacceptable to the customer. We forwarded the email sent to us by the manufacturer but this was still not good enough. So the customer posted a 1 star review. No big deal, at this point they were frustrated and wanted to hurt our reputation. The awning arm was installed the day we got it, the door lock was fixed and we both moved on. No update to the review, and we did not solicit an update because we feel that would be unethical. Our perspective is that we are not perfect, but when we do make a mistake we make it right, which I feel we did. ******************* called a couple months late asking for service. My service manager said he was reluctant to service their trailer because of an unfair review. ******************* then stated "Fine! I will take my trailer somewhere else" and then hung up on him.****************** then called trying to threaten us with bad reviews. For all you reasonable people out there reading this, let's have a conversation, threats end relationships.
