    I purchased the Launch Tech X-431 Throttle III through jbtool.com, guided by the enticing motto: One Is Enough. However, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Let me break down the issues:Misleading Information:The companys website provided misleading information about the tools capabilities. False advertising is not only frustrating but also undermines trust.Ive meticulously documented multiple instances of false advertisements, complete with links and screenshots. These serve as evidence of their deceptive practices.Broken Promises:Initially, the employees assured me of a two-year subscription update for free. However, they later retracted this statement, leaving me disappointed.Certain features were advertised as part of the product, but they now claim these are still in development. Spending thousands of dollars on a scanner that doesnt deliver as promised is disheartening.In summary, the false advertising and lack of resolution have left me frustrated. As a customer, I deserve transparency and honesty. Lets hope they rectify these issues promptly. Its as if theyre trying to erase their misleading claims.In summary, the false advertising, lack of resolution, poor communication, and removal of the advertising page have left me frustrated. Lets hope they rectify these issues promptly. my scanner also got shipped from launch tech usa from ****** **********. i cant remember the exact amount of money but it was around that this is just some of what i have i also have more evidence.

    I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the J2534 pass-thru device I recently purchased from your company. As a professional in the automotive industry, I rely heavily on this tool for reprogramming vehicle computers, and unfortunately, it has not met my expectations.

    During the promotional period, I was enticed by the promises outlined in your marketing materials. Specifically, the offer of a free two-year subscription renewal and the assurance that THROTTLE 3 ONE IS ENOUGH convinced me to invest in your product. However, the reality has been quite different.
