    This is my formal request to address and resolve the unauthorized accounts that are currently listed on my credit report. These inaccurate entries have significantly impacted my FICO score, leading to a noticeable decline that has caused challenges in maintaining my financial standing.     This company has repossessed my vehicle and I can not get them to tell me any information, my car was on my property locked behind my fence which was broke down and left on the floor and vehicle was taken. The problem I have is that I was never notified that any payments were outstanding on the vehicle I purchased it last June and twice have called the financing company and get the run around every time I know there was 5 payments left only, then my uncle the first owner passed away and I couldnt figure out how to pay the remaining balance

    I got a car loan with this finance company
    I never missed a payment till
    The car was involved in a total loss accident which my insurance paid out but Gap insurance denied my claim so I was left over with the balance which has now gone into collections
    I have been trying to settle this account for a better part of a year now and I cannot get them to take a payment
    They tell me RGS Financial is now handling my account and give me a phone number that Routes me to Bank of the west
    They always tell me they don’t work with Regional acceptance and I keep getting the run around
    I can’t pay it on my online portal I can’t pay it over the phone and I don’t know what collection company is handling the matter
