    Made an order on Zociety on October 23, 2022. The order cost $1,582.48, the tracking number is #*****, in the order it stated that the part is made to order and could take 6-12 weeks to get out to an customer. Contacted Zociety on 11/9/2022 and asked an update on my order, they reiterated that because this is made to order to please wait the full time. After multiple times of calling and emailing on the week of January 16-23 have had no communication in either email or calling. Order on the site has shown it is still processing for the last 3 months.

    On November 4, 2022, I ordered 2 items, totaling $79.96 which has been taken out of my bank account. That day, I received an order confirmation # 93821. I have not received the order, nor any follow up emails about shipping. In the past week, I have left 2 messages on their voice mail, emailed twice, sent a message through the website, and sent 2 messages through facebook messenger and have not received any response. I am very upset as , first I paid for these items, and second, they were to be a Christmas present, in which I ordered in plenty of time. You can see the deduction on my bank account on November 7 under Zakustech. This name is listed on Zociety's webpage on the bottom, not sure the affiliation.
