    I saw an ad on ******** regarding 5 birdhouses. Had a video of woman standing next to one of the birdhouses and showed them to be nice big birdhouses. Also had other pictures of the houses viewed in a garden and one was next to a house. So I ordered them. This was the beginning of May. The ad stated that the birdhouses were "made in the ***" so felt confident it was ok to order them. I paid $102 for the five. Several weeks went by, so I started emailing for support about where is my order. Reply always stated that they were on the way and provied a tracking number. When I used a legitimate tracking website, it always said no information was available. So I kept bugging them and on June 9th they actually mailed them, although the tracking number still stated no information available. Finally after over a month I received the package. The birdhouses were far from what was advertised. They turned out to be miniature houses, maybe for bees? So I immediately again contacted the company. They requested pictures and acted like they couldn't understand why I was so unhappy. I complied to their request and was told I got what I ordered. I then told them they had a policy on their website stating if not satisfied, could return for a refund. They refused to give me a return address, their phone number was always busy. They did make one offer to refund my $5 out of the $102 I paid them. I again stated I wanted to return the scam items for a refund. They stopped responding to me at all. I don't want to see these people get away with robbing me over 100 dollars, and **** only knows how many more victims they have. I want them to refund all my money. I will gladly send the miniature birdhouses back to them as I have no use for them. Please help me and not allow these crooks to get away with this. I would appreciate any help you can give me. ***********************
