    I wanted a refund since the ******** broke down. I bought the ******** 12/12/23 . It is under warranty. They want me to print a ************ the item back which is fine as long as they pay for shipping & printing costs. The store where I purchased would not help me. Why would i pay more than i did for a ******** that broke down? I either want a full refund or this manufacturer pay for shipping & printing costs. They refused

    CalExotics offers a 1 warranty that covers your CalExotics  product for all manufacturing defects up to 1 year after the purchase date. Our products are sold through various retail locations worldwide, so we ask consumers to file a warranty claim, provide a proof of purchase and send back their deflective product. This is our standard warranty policy.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    They have to pay for shipping so i can return their defective item . I cannot afford the shipping cost nor is it my responsibility to pay for shipping.

     I am rejecting this response because:

    I already contacted this company . Ive exchanged emails back & forth. They refused to pay for shipping. I want to know directly whether they pay for shipping fees to return the item or give me a full refund. They can answer this thru BBB. I am not going back & forth thru email again. Answer here thru BBB

    The consumer pays to ship the defective product to CalExotics, CalExotics then sends a brand new replacement item to the consumer, CalExotics pays for that shipping.
