I purchased this compressor on July 11, 2024 and it has a one year warranty. I have been trying to contact this company since June 18, 2025. Their website has an invalid email address, they have no valid telephone number listed, ****** does not assist in any type of coordination with communication with the seller to help resolve the issue. I am simply asking for them to honor the warranty and send me a replacement compressor immediately.Initial Complaint

I placed and order for 2 air struts for my truck through ****. At first the seller showed the items where going to be shipped from **********, ********** than when the tracking came through it was showing china after asking them about it everything changed and they where now being shipped from *******, ********** first red flag. Than the price was completely different from the listed price (as pictured) and when asked about it they keep ignoring the questions stating the item has been shipped and ill receive them on 3/26/2025 by the end of the day and could i please wait until than. Even after multiple trys to ask about the price changes and a refund for that amount as its false advertisement they keep repeating with genaric responses. At this point in time id like a partial refund for the massive inconvenience as well as my items i paid for over a week ago when i was guaranteed 2-4 day shipping as its costing me time and money.Initial Complaint

On September 12 I received the alternator I ordered from scitoo through ******. The alternator was installed on September 13 at a local mechanic shop. 2 days ago on November 15 the alternator failed. Causing my battle to completely drain and I possibly in need of a new battery according to AutoZone when I had them carefully inspect the battery and the alternator. I haven't been able to use my vehicle due to this problem and now I'm waiting on a new alternator I ordered from **** to continue with my daily routine. To my understanding there is a 1 year warranty and it didn't get me through at least half of that.Initial Complaint

I purchased a alternator on 11/23/2023. On 08/26/2024 I started having problems with the alternator. After having the vehicle checked it was found to be a faulty alternator. On 08/28/2024 I contacted *********** who sells the part for Scitoo. They sent Scitoo an email regarding my issues and that I have a 1 year warranty. I myself also sent a email. Neither emails were replied to. ******* and myself have continuously sent emails, text, left voicemails with no answers or replies. I have reached this company and customers have had difficulty reaching them about faulty products. Today is 10/01/2024 and it has been over ***************************** answers. All I would like is my money back per my warranty and they can have their part.Initial Complaint

In September 2023 I ordered a bumper for a 2013 ****** Tacoma through ****** from Scitoo as a third party seller. In May 2024 I noticed that the bumper had significant rust on it. I contacted ****** reference a return. Scitoo agreed to the return and sent me a shipping label to return the item. I shipped the bumper on June 10 via *** at a cost of $243.15 CAD. The bumper arrived at the address provided Scitoo on June 17. I was in contact with the company through ****** reference a refund of cost and shipping. After two months, ****** provided me with a refund for the item on 15 August. This was done via BBB complaint number ********. After that I was told that Scitoo was responsible for the refund of the shipping fee. During the whole set of communications with Scitoo through the Amazon system, all I received were out of office replies. Only after the original BBB complaint did they answer, only to say that they never received the item, and that it was past the return time, even though they agreed to it. Since then, nothing but out of office. I am only looking to get reimbursed for the cost of returning the item through ***. I have kept all documentation reference this issue, and would be happy to provide them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much.Initial Complaint

I have ordered 3 different parts at 3 different time through Amazon from the store SCITOO. Did not pay attention to the store due to it being Amazon. Each time they have sent the wrong item, a little piece of plastic. Each time they sent the exact same part labeled differently to match my order. When we tried to contact them they were never available and do not return calls. These parts are all rather expensive and they send I little piece of plastic. Even when my order says 8 pieces. Sending the exact same part representing 3 totally different parts seems a very questionable as a simple mistake. If you get any response from a email they ask you to take the part to a *** 30 miles away to return. Seems to me they are expecting you to not go through the hassle then keep your money. This scam of a company sold me a remanufactured power steering pump that had bad seals that leaked within a few weeks. I wasted lots of money getting it installed and then had to get it replaced soon after due to their incompetence. Their response to a request for a refund or return was a pitiful 20% off purchasing another defective pump from them. I kept requesting return address info but they ignored it and face no repercussions for scamming me. Garbage company from *****. They owe me a refund at minimum and a reimbursement for the labor and headache at best.Initial Complaint

I purchased an Alternator for my 2012 Kia Optima LX 2.4 through Amazon on November 2, 2022. Normally an alternator's warranty is at least one year. This alternator stopped working on March 24, 2023l, 8 months later. I reached out to them through Amazon on March 26, 2023. I reached out to them approximately 3 times through amazon myself through direct message to them. After that I reached out to Amazon because each time I would immediately get an automated message from them stating "We are out of the office. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond." They never did respond. 8 messages later, they are still sending the same automated message and Amazon is still asking me to wait 48 hours for them to respond. I have not been able to drive this vehicle since May 24, 2023 and neither the company or Amazon will help me. I now have had to purchase another alternator (locally) and amount out $142 dollars for this junk alternator. When I finally looked up the company they do have a United States address per their website (which is where it told me they were located on Amazon) supposedly but they are headquartered out of Shenzhen, wherever that is. I think China. They have a US email of ****************** which immediately came back to me as not an email address that was found. If the email address they have on their website of ****************** is no good and immediately kicks back as not an actual email address I am doubtful they even have a location in California. At any rate, there is something very shady about this company. I am out $142 and Amazon should not be allowed to have shady companies selling on their website. I intend to report them in Seattle, WA where their headquarters are located as well. also, now after a month of reaching out to Amazon about this they want me to take the alternator back off my vehicle and send it in for a return. after a month of reaching out to them!!! They couldn't have told me this the 3 or 5th time i reached out.
