    I paid for 2, W keys and they send me a P and an O key.I this is not the first time I have ordered from this company before. I have placed orders 3 times before this and they did not deliver my order and when I tried to contact them about it they said they had not order placed but my card was charged.

    Date of transaction: July 15th, 2024 Amount of money paid to the business: $13.78 The business committed to providing me a keyboard keycap of the color that I ordered, which was "Graphite".The business provided me with the wrong color keycap, which was "Black".I asked for a refund and they refused. This refusal did not align with the refund policy posted on their website. They provided an unclear explanation as to why I was denied.I have contacted them again, which they simply ignored this time.Overall, the main issue was the business not abiding by their own refund policy.

    On 5-2-24 I placed an online order for a replacement laptop key. As of this date 5-31-24, I have sent three emails requesting a tracking number or some type of response letting me know that they still plan on sending me my order. My final email requested a refund if they were not going to send me my order. Laptopkeyreplacements.com has not responded to any of my emails and the funds were taken from my account (paid by credit card). Upon further checking on this business, I see that several other people have had this same problem. Unfortunately, there is no contact phone number or physical address to contact these people. This should have been a red flag for me but I let that slip past me and I placed an order with this company. If possible, I would like help in getting a refund for the order I never received.
