      I do not have a contract with GITSIT Solutions, LLC. No contract was provided and/or signed. I have no idea who they are. They send a false report to the credit bureau. Owned was 0. Paid was 0. But a reported a false late fee. Credir card ***************** Reported as fraud.

      I have purchased a home through truist mortgage bank on 6/8/17. My loan was then sold on 2/1/23 to ************************** who then sold it to GITSIT Solutions LLC on 3/17/23. As of 6/2/23 I had lost my job and the first thing I did was contact GITSIT Solutions LLC to ask about my options. ******* transferred me to ******************************* (my asset manager) whom in so many words was thankful that I called but stated that there was nothing that the company could do for me but to call me every week. On 6/20/23 I asked ****** about the forbearance solution that has been offered online and via mail. I sent him a photo of the letter that I received about forbearance but ****** states that GITSIT Solutions does not provide the services. I asked for a manager several times and no one will allow me to speak to a manager. I have begged and pleaded for assistance because I want to keep my home but GITSIT Solutions doesn't seem interested in assisting me with keeping my home.
