      This place is very crooked be very careful. They promised me a grill in a car. There was no grill. They had a title in their hand for a car that had ******* miles on it and they advertise it but they knew the miles. They sold me a card that was Salvage and told me it was clean title car They advertise the car. They had free Supercharging for life for a Tesla and it did not so I did not buy it. I explained to her that it doesnt have free Supercharging. She did not care so I said OK Im gonna pay for the car and Im gonna hire an attorney then they threw me out of the auction. Theyre very very very very bad people. I recommend nobody buy from them. Theyre crooked crooked organization. God knows where theyre doing with all the money.

      Please understand, every listing includes all the vehicle information available to us at the time of sale. We allow on-site vehicle inspections, even after the listing has ended. All sales are completed with a signed "AS IS" agreement. We know the individual leaving this review. You were given many chances beyond these complaints. We successfully disputed your negative feedback with ebay. Your complaints are unsubstantiated. We've been processing donated vehicles for nearly 15 years. We hold an A+ BBB rating and have a 99% positive feedback ebay rating. We are not responsible for buyer's remorse on your behalf.

      Most cars have issues, but the ones that don't have any issues always say registration unknown. Too difficult and time consuming to look up for the average guy but pretty easy for used car dealer to look up. Based on this ,people don't bid on them and they go for low price. we will never know but i wonder where they are going. Inside trading is a prevalent with a lot of investors , etc but with a charity it is shameful. Can't prove anything but is highly suspicious. Has anyone who have donated to them seen descriptions that seem to be different from what you know about the car. hard to believe all the good cars don't come with any record of registration

      Horrible customer service, including phone etiquette... ******** is the worst.
