    I went to have my back windshield tinted . September 12 I received a call from **** who gave me a quote of ****** and we scheduled my appointment on 09/17/22. After having it tinted I noticed speckles in the tint and bubbles . He told me to give a chance for tint to settle. I reached out on 10/04 and advised him the tint didn't settle and the glue was blotchy over my back windshield. He asked me to send him pics to his personal phone ************ and I did. I asked if I can have the tint redone and I scheduled on 10/15 . When 10/15 came he called me and text asking to reschedule due to circumstances. I advised him the glue is very blotchy on my back windshield and with my work schedule I'm not able to bring it another day . I went on the 15th **** ***** there.I asked his technician why did the tint look like this and he said the film used was bad . He redid the tint and told me they would upgrade the tint quality at no charge. Once done the whole bottom part of the tint was already lifting upwards and more glue blotches before I even left the shop. Was told again wait for it to settle . I waited and called on October 26th advising the tint was very bad and it didn't settle it kept peeling upwards . Left at least 4 messages with his associate ***** as well as called/textv him and he wouldn't return my calls . Finally on Friday 10/28 I let ***** know that I received no call back and would like a refund of ******. At that same moment **** called and told me they won't provide a refund and said it was a defect in my glass and his hands were tied . Took the car to another shop and had it inspected and was told this was an installation error by previous shop and nothing is wrong with my glass . When the new company removed the tint they advised me not only was the tint quality very bad but the film was not applied in a timely fashion . The new shop re tinted and within 48 hrs tint settled with no lifting , bubbles, glue or made up nonsense about my glass

    In reference to ID ********, customer ************** was refunded on 11/15/2022 for the full amount previously transacted.  We could not process the refund to her earlier as we were closed the first week of November and unfortunately COVID-19 impacted our second week as well.
