This is not the first time this has occurred. My wife purchased an item from Etsy on August 10 and when looking at my CC charges online I saw a pending charge of $1 from a company called Fitness Sprint. Looking further I was able to determine they are owned by Tucan Solutions. I have e-mailed them today to dispute the charge. I have also e-mailed Etsy to say I don't like their association with this company. The last time this happened I was able to contact the company (don't remember who it was) I was informed that in the course of doing business with a third party there was a statement in the check out page that said "if you do not wish to start a trial subscription with XXXXX please check the box below. In other words instead of checking the box to say yes, you had to check it to say no. This is confusing at best, an outright scam at it's worst. I am trying to have the charge removed with my bank but can do nothing until it moves out of pending status. Fortunately it was done on a credit card and not on a debit card so I do have recourse.Initial Complaint

9/14 my daughter was informed she 'won' a prize on an instagram noahsthriftzr. They required an address verificaiton to register, and asked for $1. She used her card, which got declined by the bank, then used my card. A $1 charge was made through a company called fitness-sprint.com, owned by Tucon Solutions **** I then received subsequent email stating that after 24 hour trial, I would be charged $59.99 for Fitness-sprint.com premier membership. I have emailed their customer service address and am waiting for a response. I have informed my bank of the fraudulent business activity.Initial Complaint

I went to a website called cometofaith.org and they claimed to have a film clip that I searched on. I was sent to a page called ******************************** to take advantage of the "free trial" offer, and this page wanted one dollar to sign up. I used a debit card, and then I was transferred to another page called crossfitforyou.com. I received an email stating that I had only twenty-four hours to cancel, and they wanted me to enter my billing information again. I became suspicious and froze my debit card with my bank. Then I received two emails, one for crossfitforyou.com, and one from strengthbodies.com,stating that I was on a five-day trial then would be billed. The film promised was not the film, it was only an opening splash film for **** Pictures, lasting only 33 seconds.Initial Complaint

I was signing up for a book download site and somehow their page loaded. I signed up and paid my $1 for the service and then received emails from AthelticBoxing.com. This was charged last Athbhelp.com. When I attempted to cancel it would not let me. Their site Cffyhlp.com then attempted to get another $1 charge - which was declined due to no money. I purposefully only had $1 in the account. This morning (12/29/2022) they attempted to charge my card for $59.99 for a membership I did not ask for or want. Both websites are registered with GoDaddy and hidden. Both sites are run by Tucan Solutions. I tried emailing *********************************** and my email provider would not allow the email due to it possibly being blacklisted. Below is a copy of the email I sent to the following: ***************************** ************************ ***************** (I never received any response)It is not the $1 that is the issue it is the scamming and shady business practices. Plus I did not ask for this or any services that *** be provided by Tucan Solutions/Athleticboxing.com/Crossfitforyou.com, etc. I would like all my information permanently deleted from any and all databases/computer systems/documents/spreadsheets, etc. Email Sent: I was signing up for a book download service - Not Athletic Boxing. Please cancel this account immediately. I did not ask for nor want this service or membership. Also, the ******************************* does not work, it *** be blacklisted. I see you charged as: athbhelp.com on my bank and further attempted to charge as: Cffyhlp.com - this is fraudulent as I did not authorize you to charge my card. I will also send this email to the Attorney General in ********** since you are based in **********. Please refund my $1 immediately and cancel any and all possible current and/or future subscriptions and charges. This all looks very scam related - GoDaddy appears to support this by hosting the sites. Cffyhlp.com forwards to: Crossfitforyou.com
