  Over the years we have worked with UpSignDown. However in the recent few years we have found that their methods of business have become far more dangerous to our clients and to everyones account security. Over the past couple years we have received numerous reports from our clients that the charges received in their bank account was often times higher then the system or emails reported. Our records in the system showed the correct charge but when compaired to the clients bank statment we found there would be $1 or $2 discrepancy in what ours and our clients records showed. We contacted UpSignDown but never received a response or notifications related to the concern. They setup a CC'd account under our name but never gave us knowledge that such an account was created. Later, UpSignDown asked us for our personal SSN and other information in order to "Adjust the system with the Credit Card Processing", I offered to contact the CC'd company directly as I was not comfortable giving personal information. They stated we were the only company not willing to give out our personal information, maybe we were but they refused and said it was not an option.We opted to change our system to better protect the security and dependability of our service to our customers. When that change took place, UpSignDown gave another competitor direct access for our entire client database. When past clients unknowingly logged in to UpSignDown, their system does not make clear that the client is using a different service/company. UpSignDown FAILED to close out any existing orders. Later our customers started to get charged for renewals for work that had been closed out. We could not find out who the payments were coming from other than we knew it was from UpSignDown. There is a lot more I have on record but suffice it to say, UpSignDown is a very dangerous company to sign up with. There are a lot of risks for an client and company that uses this service.
