    I purchased a gift card )cooking class) from this business for my wife's birthday (order number provided below). We tried to book a cooking class but it said the kitchen was under construction so it was temporarily closed. We have looked back several times to see if it has re-opened, and most recently we found out that the phone number is disconnected, the website is obsolete and the email we sent the business bounced back. It appears to us that the business closed but we were not notified to use our gift card prior to a certain date, nor were we notified of it's closure so we could ask for a refund or use the certificate or anything of that sort. At this point, there is no way of getting in touch with the business to ask for a refund (or use our gift card!), so we decided to file a complaint here, in hopes of securing a refund. Any support you can provide us would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, kindly!***** & ******* :)
