    Date I submitted the order: 11/25/2023. I purchased a black tee shirt, with the words "Aim to Misbehave" as a gift, in a Size 2 XXL. The order # was *****. The package had been shipped by **** Zone 6.The problem: Although I'd explicitly ordered a size 2 XXL, Mixed Tees sent me a size 3 XXL. When I phoned and I submitted my complaint via a form and, eventually, by email, my message of request to resolve my complaint was: "Would you please send me a postage-paid & addressed shipping label so I can exchange the shirt that's the wrong size (3XXXL) for the same kind of shirt that's a size 2XXL?" I have received NO response. I called on Dec. 5, but got only a machine response; so I left the message with my order number, my name, and phone number. Then I submitted the form on Dec. 6 but still got no phone call. Again on Friday, Dec. 8, I called *************, got the same robo-machine message, and left my contact information and request to solve the problem. Then I called again at noon on Monday, Dec.11, but got once again just a "Sorry, we're with other customers; please leave a message." Once again I requested an urgent call to my phone: ************, asking: "Would you please send me a postage paid & addressed shipping label so I can exchange the "Aim to Misbehave" shirt that's the wrong (3XXXL) size for the same kind of shirt that's a size 2XXL?" After calling on Tuesday and Wed., Dec. 12th and 13th, I have decided to submit my complaint to the BBB about the error in size and the company's failure to respond positively, thus enabling me to exchange the wrong size shirt for the right size, so my gift will be here for me to wrap and give on Dec. 25.
