    Liberty debt relief is a company that will take your debt and consolidate it. They will try to settle that debt and pay it for you. The way it was explained to me is that I had a set payment to pay for four years, 50 payments. Every time I call to speak to them, I get a different story and I have felt from the beginning They have been very shady a program. Within the last six months of this program, they have started to tell me that I will probably owe more money. Finally paid off all 50 payment that I agreed to and should be done with this program, but they are now coming back in saying that I almost 3500 more dollars. I have been emailing them multiple times a week and calling multiple times a week and getting hardly any responses back. I feel like they are trying to s**** me out of money that I should not have to pay. I do not have the extra 3000+dollars that they are now deciding at the end of my program that I owe.

    Hello,

    They are saying that I have not called them, which is so untrue. I have emailed them almost daily and have called several times in every week. I make it very clear what hours I can receive calls and the one phone call I MIGHT receive from them weekly is not during those hours. I always call right back when I am available that day and never hear back from them. I made it very clear that I did not approve/authorize any more payments to be deducted from my bank acct and they ignored that and took a payment yesterday. I emailed them about that at 8am today and have yet to receive a call or email back.

    Thursday May 1st we spoke to someone about getting into a debt relief program and signed paperwork. We found out they wanted to close our credit cards which we did not want we thought they paid them off and left them open. We were supposed to pay like $302 a month starting June 2nd. In the paperwork they gave us it said we could terminate within 3 business days before anything was done. Supposedly all I had to do was email them and let them know or I could send them a form that they had included to cancel. All we had to do was sign and date. Ive been emailing them non stop sending them the paperwork requesting cancel and they will not get back with me. I also tried calling the person who got me set up and she hasnt answered the phone. I want this cancer immediately. Please help they are completely ignoring me they are going to mess up my credit and take money out of my bank on June 2 2025 if something is not done.

    Promised to contact and work with my creditors, hasn't done anything they said they would do. I can handle it myself better than them doing nothing I've requested a refund repeatedly and only response I get is NOTHING but call us let's work it out. I don't want excuses I want my money back.

    In September 2023 I received a call from Liberty Debt Relief about combining 2 credit cards. I listened to the presentation and since ************ had done us wrong, and yes I said ************, I thought it would be the right solution to pay off the cards. They said it would take about 2 to 4 months to settle with Regions and Discover. I started paying them ****** monthly in October. I started calling them after 4 months and they said their lawyers were talking They told me every call it would take longer .I understand what they were doing trying to get the interest down. I do understand that. I have called them every month since then. I get the same story. As of now I have paid them *******. I do not know if I should file a complaint or if anyone else has had this problem. They have killed my credit score because of it taking so long. I just don't know what to do. I am looking for answers. Can you help?

    My mother passed away Oct.17 2021, ************ says they have a signed contract with her dated 5 days after her death. Oct 22,2021 My mother was in hospice care in my home before she passed. They took $ ****** out of my bank acct. ever since And.up til April 25 2024. I have told them they made a misstake. To refund my money. to know good outcome.
