      I live in **********, 30 mins away from this place. We have an appointment at 8am which is when they open. I couldnt call ahead that well be a little late because theyre still closed. I called at exactly 8 while i am driving in the freeway to let them know well be a little late. (Map says 8:15). The person on the phone said okay we have a grace ****** of 30 mins but after that we have to ask the doctor if h*** still take him. I even repeated the 30 mins grace ****** and that well be there at 8:15 to her and she said yes. 30 minutes doesnt even sound like 15 minutes so theres no way we misheard each other. Then we got there exactly 8:15, we ran upstairs and tried checking in, but now everybody in the front desk are ganging up on me for a misinformation they gave over the phone. They wouldnt admit their fault and insisted on rescheduling. After i drove for 30 minutes for a false promise???? I wouldnt even come here if they said that they wont take me at 8:15!!! They wasted my money, my time, and my energy.I need someone to review that call and admit their fault and apologize to me.
