Attorney submitted a billing statement on the 11/01/2023 for $10,012.50 for the first month, containing numerous suspicious charges, such as:-Charges for hearings that never occurred.-Charges for interrupted phone calls unrelated to the matter.-Other unjustified and fabricated expenses.Refusal to Reconsider the Bill:Despite my request, Attorney refused to revisit the bill, raising concerns about transparency and legitimacy.Blackmail and Intimidation:a. After an official complaint, Attorney reduced the bill to $4,700 but refused to refund any remaining money on request.b. Attorney attempted to blackmail me by threatening to make false allegations to the court, claiming I faked health issues to adjourn hearings, further damaging my reputation.Insulting Behavior:Attorney insulted me with derogatory remarks, including references to "Chat GPT intelligent," displaying unprofessional conduct.Unauthorized Credit Card Payments:Attorney made unauthorized payments with my credit card. This has been reported to the bank.I urgently request a thorough investigation into these allegations and appropriate action against ***************************. I am also willing to provide any supporting documents and evidence necessary for your inquiry.
