    ******! Take my advice: Turn around and dont look back. I hired Rafi from My Flooring Guy in **************** to install expensive solid wood flooring. While the work done was adequate, I would NEVER recommend them due to a few serious issues.First, during installation, Rafi told me the floor needed leveling here and there and that it would be extra. So I agreed to it. However, a part of the floor in the living room clearly isnt level because you can see where the floor dips slightly beneath the baseboard. Second, his workers busted my wood shutters in the same room. I never noticed any of this until later. On top of that, he never finished the job! I told him I was going to have some new interior doors installed after the floor installation. Toward the end, he told me his ******* ***** recommended they wait to install transition strips in the bathroom and laundry room until after the doors were installed. It didnt make complete sense to me (nor to the door installers), but I said okay and gave Rafi the final payment, trusting they would return to finish the job. Now, he doesnt respond to calls or text messages, or he tells me his workers will be out and they never show up. DO NOT make the same mistake and give these shady characters your *********** a footnote, most positive reviews you read for this company and the previous owner, Guy, are from BEFORE **** bought the company. Do your research and steer clear of My Flooring Guy in ****************.

    We had SPC Flooring installed back in Dec 2019. Within the first year, we had lifting and it even cracked in the kitchen. He did come back and repair that area, but since then it's been lifting everywhere. I do not recommend this company at all. 10k down the drain. The owner does not give two s****

    We had spc flooring installed in April 2022. Hes already had to replace the stairs. Weve had nothing but problems. We have mold now and the owner stated it was because of excess moisture or a slab leak. So we had our own inspections (3 out of our own pocket) done and it was concluded there is only natural vapors. This company doesnt follow industry standards of Spc installation by putting a vapor barrier down. We are currently living in shambles and mold. The floor will never stop lifting until it is ripped out and re-installed with a vapor barrier. Run far away from this company unless their standards change for installation. You will overpay (we paid 24k for ****sq installation) and then have to rip out and replace.

    Do not pay anything with check or cash before the job is done with satisfaction. Once the job is done there will be issues with the installation and yes! My Flooring Guy will come out and fix but it will take 3 or 4 times and still not have the ground floor leveled. Also make sure they level the ground before installing the laminate. Now I'm stuck with a flooring that is not stable and I'm tired of the workers coming out and ripping and re-leveling the floor. There is not even a sorry, all they say is we will "fix" but every time they "fix" there is another part of the house that gets affected. I'm stressed on something should have been finalized 1 month ago. ****** learned, never will I recommend or go to My Flooring Guy.
