    ***** Wright replaced an entire wig for me at the price of $6300. When finally received Wright cut the base to wrong mold specifications On 2/15/24 assured by Wright the repair would take 2 hours. On 2/21/24 I had an appt to have corrected wig placed on scalp. Wright cancelled. He has Flu. Netty his licensed Beautician was in the hospital. On 2/23/24 I retrieved piece that Wright had torn apart and that he spent literally 3 mins on. He then informed me his beautician Netty would at least need 10 hours to repair. From the 2hours it became 10 hours. Until now piece is not repaired. I do not trust this salon. Also to advise the color was wrong. It should have been a 4/5. I also paid $3150 for a new piece prior to this mishap as down payment. Just a week later Wright and I agreed he would cancel the order. To date he refused to credit back the amount to my credit card. Why? This whole thing occurred in the last 2 months. I dont trust the salon to fix it or if he will I want to know the date and exact time frame and for it to be at no extra charge or he can have the piece and refund my $6300 which does not include the $3150 he owes me for the mutually agreed upon cancellation with a total of $9450.
