    I ordered a Butterfly Necklace for $19.95 on October 02,2022. So I didn't never get it to this day. Ok I checked my bank Statement and they have charged me twice. Total$39.90 and never got my order. The order # ******. I did get a email from them telling me I'd better not turn them in to BBB it would ruin my credit in a threating way to. Cause I see where they put 2 orders on mine and I emailed them only one way supossed to be charged. So I've emailed them several times and no response and no necklace. Today being the 11th December I knew I've been scammed. They were to deliver within a week. Thank you. I'm on a. Fixed income and this was very sad to be taken for that amount. Please help me get my money back. If possible and let others know they are not a good source to order from. Thank you. No response to recover my money

    You have the wrong company! We are ObsessionWithButterflies.com and we do NOT sell Jewelry.  We get a lot of phone calls and complaints about a company that uses our l phone number and similar business name.  This horrible company is out of *****, they go by several other names, butterflyobsession.com to name one of them but you will never be able to contact them, they are sneaky and elusive, trust me I've tried!  We would greatly appreciate it if you would remove this complaint immediately. Thank you,
