Right movers rented a trailer from our business for a move they were doing for a client. Dealt directly with ******* the owner. Apparently one of their drivers had an incident and was in an accident with the trailer. Long story short. They kept the trailer for 2 extra weeks and still has not paid for the damages to the trailer or axle Will ignore any texts and any calls. Would NOT recommend to anyone

I used Right Movers to move across the street from one residence to another in Oct of 2023. We were originally scheduled to move on 09/30/23 but had to change it to 10/1/23 last minute because the home wasnt ready. The explained they could come out the on the 1st but would have to charge a trip charge of $500 for rescheduling. I paid it and the movers came out on the 1st. The movers put an eight foot long scratch in the wood floors in the family room. I walked in the room in the middle of them moving the refrigerator when the floors were scratched. The head guy came in and saw the damage and told me to file a claim with their office which I did. A lady from their office contacted me and at first tried deny the damage but when I told her I witnessed them doing it and 3 of there guys were there she changed her demeanor a bit. She was still a bit combative. She told me the the owner, *** ******, would come out to assess the damage. When he came out and saw it he attempted to fill in the scratch but to no avail. He apologized and said that they would take care of it. He also promised, as a token of good faith, to reimburse me the $500 I paid for the Saturday trip charge. I havent received anything. It took me 6 months of emails, texts and calls for them to respond and they finally sent out someone that said they could repair the floors, however the land lords flooring contractor quoted $4,100 to redo all the flooring downstairs because it wouldnt be possible to fix just the one area due to the type of wood flooring. The person Right Movers sent out didnt sound too confident he could repair the flooring because of the way the scratch goes across the grain and how deep it is. We dont wish to have the floors repaired by their person. I havent heard from Right movers and have had to resort to the BBB for resolution.

I hired Right Movers off the recommendations from our neighborhood Face Book page. ******* was helpful and was prompt to respond with any questions I had regarding our move. The day of the move 4-5-24,started great, the guys were on time, packed mostly everything, and got to our new home in a timely manner. Unfortunately that is when things went south. The lead on the job and myself had a discussion as to getting the refrigerator through the doorway. He asked if handles could be removed, I requested they remove the doors so no damage would occur. The lead and helper decided to not listen to my request and forcibly pushed my fridge through the doorway, causing damage to my doorway, flooring, and refrigerator. To make things worse, they did not say anything about it and moved on to another room of unloading. When I walked back in and saw the damage I brought it to the leads attention and he said that he would let his office know of the damages occurred and I would just need to follow up with the office for the claims end. They also fully disassembled a bed frame and could not reassemble correctly and lost some of the screws. At the end of the move, the lead stated that he was going to call the office to let them know they were done and to give the damage information. He came back into our home and again apologized for the damage they caused and to follow up with the office. They seemed to be truthful so I thanked them and gave them a very nice tip. Well then the real headache began. Once the office finally called me back, 4-8-24. The office is not open on weekends, but does not state online or voicemail that they are unavailable, they told me the lead made no comment of the damage they caused. ***, the owner emailed me stating he would have his employee come back to paint the damaged doorway and to glue our floor. After speaking to him on the phone he requested I get a quote for the replacement of the damaged flooring on 04-11-2024. The estimate was done 04-16-2024, no response from *** until 04-19-2024 and at that time he stated he needed (3) total estimates and he would arrange it. I am still waiting on this to occur. I had to hire a painter to patch, sand, and repaint the doorway. The least the owner can do is cover the cost of the damaged flooring. I haven't even asked them about how they would rectify the refrigerator damage. If *** can stick to his word and come to our home to see the damage himself and get the (2) additional quotes from his contractor buddies and agree on a fair resolution then we will be content. At this time he has ignored all texts/emails/voicemails since 4-25-24.

I hired Right Movers, *** to move my furniture from current residence to new residence. I needed to be out of current residence today. I received the quote and paid a deposit. Right Movers admin called to confirm few days before. The truck never showed. I called, emailed and messaged all of their numbers and emails. Also emailed the owner. Still no response. No call or anything. No offer to get my deposit back either. Very unprofessional and unexceptable.
