      He doesnt respond to my messages doesnt give me appointment, so I cant talk to him about my case. This has been happening for over a year (05/31/2022) and I have no idea whats going on with my truck accident case, the staff is not helpful at all.

      This is a complaint because the legal process is taking longer than the client desires. I cannot share specific details here due to attorney-client privilege. All appropriate steps in the case have been taken. It's not appropriate to file a complaint with the BBB because legal processes take longer than the client desires. I am reaching out to the client to ensure that they are aware of the status of their case. After a thorough review of the file, I am not able to locate any lapse in communication. The client is aware she can email me any time at *************************************** for an update, yet chose to complain here instead. A command to "Finish the case" as the desired outcome is not appropriate basis for a complaint against me since that process is not fully within my control.
