    My doctor requested a pelvic CT scan with contrast because of stomach pain I was experiencing . I contacted Wave Imaging because the hospital was so expensive. I sent them the order on 4/9 and requested that they run my insurance and advise what my responsibility would be. I was advised that my responsibility would be ******. I have a printed document from them showing this amount. I scheduled my appointment for 4/16. On 5/20, I checked my Blue Shield app and saw that the claim was paid but my responsibility was ******. I immediately called the billing **** and spoke to **** and shared the information. I was advised that my account balance was 0 and not worry about the insurance EOB. I assumed everything was good. On 5/29, I received a bill from Beverly Radiology for the remaining balance ******. I immediately called billing and spoke to ******. I explained the situation and he said he would escalate to his supervisor for resolution. I then received a letter from Beverly Radiology dated 6/6 that they have reviewed my request and sent back to my insurance for reconsideration. I contacted Blue Shield today 6/24 and spoke with *****. She advised there is no record of them sending anything to Blue Shield for reconsideration. She advised she could make an adjustment to this claim, however, I would have to pay this amount down the road on another claim which is not right. I scheduled the procedure with them based on the pricing provided and given to me in writing. This unethical! You give me a price, you tell me on 5/20 that I do not owe you anything. Then you send me a bill for additional funds. They then say that you have resubmitted to insurance, which you didnt. I should not have to pay the balance that they are now saying I owe.

    I need to get *** scans to plan my treatments for cancer. Due to my size, it was requested for me to use an open ***. Beverly Radiology Medical Group was the company I was referred to. When I called to schedule an appointment, I informed them I needed an open ***. They sent me to an office of theirs, Grove Advanced Imaging, for May 28th. When I went there, I was told they had no open *** at that office. They also told me I was too big to use the *** they had. They then gave me a new appointment for June 5th at another office, for use of an open ***. On the 5th, I was told I was not scheduled for an open ***, and was forced to reschedule again, for June 28th. My treatments for my cancer cannot move forward until I get these scans. Their failures are putting my health, possibly my life, at risk.

    I visited Beverly Radiology for an additional mammogram because my first one was not normal so ******************* recommended that I get a diagnostic bilateral - ultrasound and mammogram. ********** told me that my insurance will not cover this cost and that it would be all out of pocket, the cost at ********** was over $600 but they recommended to check Beverly Radiology because they are not a hospital and this is all they do so their cost is lower. I called Beverly Radiology in January 2023 and spoke with *******, got an estimate from the phone for $328 - made the appointment for Feb.2. I knew that I would have to pay for everything out of pocket which I told the nurse when I checked in. After my procedure, I went to the nurse station - I gave my credit card which I was billed for $469.53 (pls see attached itemized receipt), when I asked why it's different from what I was told over the phone - she said that it was only an estimate. Then she asked for my insurance card which I said my insurance (Anthem BlueCross) isn't paying-I am paying for the whole thing she then said that they can try to send the bill to Anthem for payment. About 3 months later I get a bill from them for $124.99. I called them on 5/5 @9:07 AM, spoke with ********* and asked why I am billed for something I already paid full when I had the procedure done. I told him that the $469.53 was a self-pay discounted rate that already included the $124.99 as noted on the receipt. Apparently they tried to bill my insurance for the full amount but they did not pay so they are trying to get me to pay the difference. I did not agree with him and so he said that he would submit a request for investigation. I got another bill on 5/24 for the same amount, I called again on 6/13, spoke with ********, explained my situation, requested for another investigation, but got another bill, called again, spoke with ****, same thing happened.     I had a biopsy done and received a bill from Beverly Radiology for the sum of 1, 050 dollars. On July 14,2022 I paid the ***** with my care credit card on the phone with the help of a representative at Beverly Radiology. I received the bill again and called Beverly Radiology on August 3,2022 and spoke to ****** about payment paid in full. She assured me that it was showing paid but hadn't been posted. I then received a letter informing me that ithe bill had been sent to continental credit control collections.On Auguat 31,2022 I called Beverly Radiology and spoke with ******. I told him the last time I called ****** assured me the bill showed paid and why was it sent to collections.I gave him the reference # ****** that shows the bill was paid in full with my care credit card. He told me it would be taken off collections and it showed it was paid but it was still being investigated. WHAT IS THERE TO INVESTIGATE? IT'S BEEN PAID! On August 2,2022 I spoke to ******** at Beverly Radiology about contintal credit control harassing me for a bill they turned over to them that's been paid. She told me it could take 45 days to investigate this matter. This is affecting my credit and health and now I'm being harrased by a collection agency. This should have Never been turned over to collections and I should not have to wait to get this resolved. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told it would take 3 business days to get a call back. PLEASE help me as I am so frustrated and this continues to affect my health and credit as I continue to get calls from Contintal credit control. I have included a picture of the reference # where Care Credit paid the bill in full. Thank you, *****************************

    Beverly radiology group reported a bill to my credit. I have been In a constant battle the last 3 months, I want them to remove this from my credit report or give me a resolution, but they keep giving me the run around, that they will get back to me. At this point I dont what to do as it is reflecting negatively on my credit report. I need some help with this dispute.
