  wow. wow. wow. Just a girl who knew a friend, who knew a friend that connected me with Coastal Sleep for a breathing machine. Had a family member who had a very scary report from initial home sleep study that needed further treatment. After reviewing results with ***** with further explanation of results, (who conferred with original reading doctor), we saw need for more in depth study and immediate treatment. So we arranged to fly in from ***** knowing what was being arranged and the testing to be done but not knowing what to truly expect. WOW wow wow. All round dedicated and all out personable experience that is not usually found in the medical world. This team truly cares about bettering the patient. Costal Sleep's entire team goes out of their way to make sure your needs are met. Staff is top notch from start to finish. Personalized fit of equipment to start and rooms are setup to provide most comfortable feel when away from home. Plus, *****, the owner, went over and beyond to handle a special circumstances from coordination of setting up appointment, making sure everything was prepared for out of state travel patient, even as far as coffee shop stop and personal uber back to airport the following day. Flew back home and received device next week. Great improvement / results with new sleeping devices. Great experience all round and customer service at its best!   During the night the attendant, ******** (goes by ****), allowed a family with a very sick child to sleep in one of the other rooms. The child was very ill and was coughing non-stop. The talking and coughing woke me up several times before I finally gave up and ended the session at 12:26am and went home.I'm left with having to re-start the entire process to find a more professional facility.Beware! The facility is not entirely being used for it's intended services.

  Hello ************, Coastal *********************************************** Centers is dedicated to patient care. The one and only goal of our lab is to perform sleep studies and to treat our patients with the utmost respect and care. To make is clear this is a medical sleep facility. This was one time incident that happened due to a child not being able to be separated from her mother. We make every effort to make patients and their families feel comfortable and safe. The patient was assigned her own private room and the child with her father stayed in a separate private room. Due to the complaint from ************ the technician immediately moved the father and daughter further from his private room to make ************ comfortable. I the owner ***** spoke with ************ expressing my apologies and concerns to resolve this situation and offer him a rescheduled appointment assuring him this wont happen again.
