    Reyes Tree Preservation trimmed the palm trees in our mobile home park. During the trimming the worker dropped a frond on our porch awing damaging it. The park *************** Village) and myself have tried contacting the tree service multiple times without any results. Our attempts are being ignored. We have had a company ************ Services, ************) gave us an estimate on the cost of repair. According to them the pieces necessary to complete the repair are no longer available and the entire awning must be replaced. Their estimate is $4600.00 to complete the job. Your assistance in getting this resolved would be greatly appreciated.

    Im reaching out about the complaint from ***************************. We reached out to home owner and said we would pay for damages. He got quoted and so did we.His carport was old so they didn't have that material  anymore so he said to get the new material and pay the difference so we schedule the contractor and paid for material and then they decided for us to pay them directly the difference and they would take care of it .So we did pay them $1000 and we did a zelle transaction on 11/13/23.Any further questions please contact me.

    Reyes tree preservation company apparently does more than just tree removal because they were contracted/ hired by my current property manager to illegally remove my belongings from my residence. I am currently in the process of appealing an unlawful eviction and have been in constant contact with my property manager and have also acted within the bounds of the law and our agreements during this process. I was told I had approx eighteen days to be out on 8/12/22. However everything changed. On 8/13/22 when Reyes tree preservation employees showed up at my residence and stole personal belongings from me estimated at ****** dollars in value. I was home and demanded that they stop immediately and that this was illegal. All employees mocked me and proceeded to fill their trucks and commercial dumpsters and drove off with all of my possessions. The have robbed me and have been compensated for it. This is not ok and I need to be made whole again!
