    I hired them to design a website for me. They promised they could do it as I explained but after 13 months they admitted they couldn't do the two things that I insisted were the two most important things for the site to work. They kept dragging me on promising if I paid them extra it would be completed shorty. They said if I didn't pay the extra they couldn't move forward so I always paid the extra. They always showed me the site and on the face it looked good but I later realized it wasn't functional as they said it would be. The contract said it would be completed in 12 to 16 weeks. It is now been 15 months! I finally gave them a date when it passed the year **** and said if it wasn't completed by that date I would write and honest but negative review. They agree it would be completed by that date, eventually they asked me again for a favor to pay a vender so they could complete the site that weekend and again I agreed and paid them the rest of the money owed but the weekend passed and again nothing was delivered. The company website is **********************************. They have several names they use as vendors that after some research I was able to determine they are all linked together with the same owner. You can go to trust pilot and get additional information and comments from me and others that have been scammed by them. To date I have received nothing. No site, no files nothing. The site is named ******************************* The price was agreed at ******. I told them I did not want to pay any extras so I asked them if they had everything covered before I agreed to move forward and they assured me there would not be any extras. As time went on they came up with a server for ***** and a bunch of other things as well. Every month something new. I have paid them in total over ****** to date. They have stopped working on the site after I wrote the review so I have tried to dispute some of the charges with my debit card but most have been denied.

    I've worked with *******************, and he hasn't released my website to me. He won't work on it unless I pay for a service that he told me nothing about in the beginning. I paid for a basic website, and I can't do anything with it because he wants me to pay for a dedicated server for life. He doesn't want to add my page to the domain I own unless it's through their services. Their clearly scamming people and I am unhappy with their service. ******************* scammed me, and he won't release the website I paid for or completed it. He wants me to pay for a service that wasn't included in the basic package and now he is hold my website hostage. This company is not legit, and they will scam you. *** is also texting me talking negative because I left an honest review. However, he won't let me get access to my website. Learn from me and find another company. Also, ******************* removed my previous review. *** is currently harassing me and insinuated that he was in front of my house, telling me to "open your door." I've told him to stop texting me and he continued to call me names trying to intimate me. I'm surprised on how he is conducting himself. It's sad that he's comfortable with behaving the way he is after I paid him to create a website for me. He is a scammer and he know he is.

    I wanted a website developed and found this company. I contacted them and signed up for the $500 website package to design my website. I prepaid $250 on 3/17/2022 for them to design the website and they said that I can pay the remaining $250 when the website is done and I approve of it, or I can get the initial $250 refunded if I'm not happy with the service. They spent about 2 months working with me to make the website and I payed the remaining $250 on 5/16/2022 along with $959 (on 5/16/2022) for a lifetime server hosting that includes security, mobile support, computer support, and business email. They called me again and told me that mobile support would be $900 if I wanted it and I told them they said it was included so they gave it to me for free. I spend $850 on 5/20/2022 for security because they said I'd lose my website if it don't and another $1,025.00 on 5/20/2022 for ****** certification. I looked up the company but I spelled Webzterz wrong so I saw all the 5 stars reviews and thought it was bad busy practices. I had my website and was told that was everything I needed to pay. I got a call a few days later saying my website would be shut down by ****** if a didn't verify my website with ****** and it would be $1,000. I couldn't afford that and asked if I could get a refund but they "already payed" for the hosting servers and refused. I was told I could pay a discounted $600 later. I payed $750 on 7/18/2022 because I was "wrong" about the $600. They just called me today because, of course, my email and website will be shut down if I don't pay at least $499 for a 3 year security update. I can't afford that and said no thank you. They called me an hour later and said they shut my email down and that I needed to pay. I said I can't afford that. They are now keeping my email held host and soon my website. I found out they are a scam and have scammed others (look at ****** reviews). They took my money and now are taking away what I payed for. Total $4,084

    Hired the company webzterz for a basic e-commerce website with 100% guarantee of satisfaction and one year of maintenance and security. After a couple of months of hiring I received a call stating my site is down but they can fix for a nominal fee. I obliged until a couple months later it happened again. After paying $8,000 to this company I was asked again to pay an additional $1,000 due to a mandatory plug-in by Wordpress. After speaking with Wordpress they stated this is not true and that there is no such mandatory plug-in. Once I told webzterz about what Wordpress said they completely removed my website. I simply would like a full refund and my domain so I can find a competent web designing company to hire. Since hiring they have blamed multiple reputable companies for these issues. ******* Wordpress, and Stripe are a few I have contacted and received conflicting reports.
