      Everyone I talked with at the Roof Life Company has been very pleasant. The repairs they performed were excellent! The price was reasonable.

      They claimed to have all of these fancy certifications, and, **** made many claims about being a luxury service that would go above and beyond other companies, however, they weren't actually the ones doing any of the work. In reality, ******** Roofing showed up for the job and did not have any of the certifications or knowledge of all the promises **** had made to us. This felt extremely shady as we had bought in to this whole idea of it being a luxury high end service with a price tag of $27,000.They damaged our home in many places, damaged our neighbors yard and fence, left open gaps to the attic, the roof does not fully meet the gutters in many places, and the ***** are garrishly chopped in places as though they cut them with a rock, the dormer structure was completely ripped up, our breaker box was smashed on top, with the door and face of it totally fallen off, and lumber/debris was thrown right onto our front porch and steps with 0 tarp or protection, the big truck damaged our driveway, they almost ran into a car as it drove *********** (including a beer can, nails, and cigarette pack) was left everywhere, they ripped off a corner area to install gutters and left it totally open and exposed, and there was zero communication throughout the whole thing. No one told us when they would be there or when they would leave. They added on additional cost without confirming the price was okay before proceeding.When we brought some of the bigger issues up, they were completely dismissive about these complaints. They did eventually offer to fix the open gap they left to the attic, but we decided against it since we were afraid they would damage anything else while they were at it.**** had the nerve to talk himself up the whole time we were bringing up these complaints, a shady salesman to the very end. He even gave us business cards to hand out for some reason?
