    We applied to a rental through this company. I called two times and they never responded or called back after she left voicemails. I finally got a hold of someone who said they probably weren't going to rent it out anymore and we moved on only to see them continue to advertise it. My fiance called them and they still didn't answer or return his voicemail. So we went by there office and tried to talk to them in person during there scheduled business hours and no body was there. I am starting to worry they stole our identity. Or they rejected are application without telling us or telling us why. We applied over a week ago and have heard pretty much nothing.

    We strive to answer all phone calls, return voice messages and reply promptly to emails and application submissions.  I am sorry you didn't reach us while at the office.  We do show property and do inspections during business hours and close for lunch.  The property for which you applied was briefly taken off the market at the owner's request, then re-listed.  Our ability to show and advertise homes is at the property owner's request.   Initially it was tenant occupied and right now we are in the process of cleaning and make it ready for occupancy.  All inquiries and submission are kept secure and private, and we work hard to provide great service to both owners and tenants.
