    I thought I was processing a change of address with the ** *************** instead by prentend feaud, the website indicsted they were the ****** Services. Once I processed my request they ask for a payment. I thought it will be the regular charge of $1.00 or $2.00 dollar like the US ****** Service charge, instead, they charged me $179.00 dollars without previous indication of the charge. This company is a scam, a fraud and should not be allow to defraud peoples moneys. They should also indicate their fees beforehand in order to know what would it cost to do business with them.

    9/5/2023 charged me $179.95 for a change of address when I thought it was the US postal service it was a company posing as them. I cannot contact the company to request/demand a refund.

    I went onto what I thought and what purposely mimicked the **** site. I filled out my change of address form and that was it. Next thing I know I am charged $179.95 on my card. This is a true scam, and everybody should know about it.

    I requested an address change, and provide my credit card to be charged $1.00 to verified legality of my address request, I was charged $180.00 I call number on bank statement and it says my party is busy leave a message. The problem I find is that my address was changed at post office.

    8/3/2023 *** ADDRSSCHANGE charged me $99.95 on three different credit cards at the same time. I internet searched ***** change of address". Instead of clicking one **** I mistakenly clicked on www.officialforwardpost.org by mistake and filled out the change address form. I gave them my CC it responded with CC declined so I used different CC. I gave them three CC before one worked. Later I got a text from ********** asking me if this charge $99.95 was valid. That was when I realized the site never told me the cost. **** charges a dollar. I decided to check my two other CC and they also had the same charge.

    My son, *****************************, was requesting a temporary address change from what he thought was the ***** When attempting to go into **** site, it linked him unknowingly to this company and he was charged $99.95. This is fraud as far as I am concerned, as their site and everything about it makes you feel as if your are on the US *********** website where they only charge $1.10 to change your address on line. This company is a total scam and is robbing people of money they may not have. We are contacting our bank and requesting this money back and filing a fraudulent complaint with them as well. This company truly needs to be stopped.

    I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY. NEVER REACHED THIS COMPANY. THEY MADE TWO FRAUDULENT PURCHASES ON MY CREDIT CARD.APPARENTLY THEY ATTEMPT THESE FRAUDULENT ACTIONS WITH OTHERS.I WANT MY TOTAL $189.90 BACK. PERMISSION WAS NEVER GIVEN.

    I updated my mail forwarding address using this website thinking that it was the official *** postal Government website. It asked for my debit information on the grounds of Identity Verification, but did not say anything about any charge or fee. I entered my information and later received a confirmation email saying that my postal address had been successfully changed, also not mentioning any fee or charge and I never received any kind of receipt. I was however charged $99.95 for this service on my card on 07/22/2022. I have never been charged like this for a postal address change, and was never alerted of this fee before it was taken. I feel this website uses a lack of information and its official looking format to take advantage of people. I would like a full refund.
