      Sent in a defective power pack (at my expense) via UPS and I have not received the replacement charger from the company. I provided everything they requested, e.g., the purchase receipt and a photograph of the power bank/charger as well as the UPS tracking number.

      They have not sent me a new power bank/charger as of this complaint.

      I bought nexar dash cam less than 6 months it stopped working. I sent a video file to let them see the problem per their instructions. Still didn’t work . They gave me fedex prepaid label and was told to send the broken one and scan the prepaid label so they can start sending me the new one. I did. When I reached out to them they were silent. No response. I felt this is a scam methodology. I need to be refunded. This has affected my health concern.

      The customer ordered his camera through Nexar.com, not Scosche.com. Scosche is responsible for fulfilling and shipping the order. The customer has been communicating with Nexar Customer Support. Based on tracking information, the returned order is still on its way back to Scosche. We are expecting to receive the return today. The customer's order will be refunded once we receive the return. The customer may call the Scosche Customer Service Team at *** *** **** extension 1 with any additional questions they may have.       I am rejecting this response because:


      See attached. The practice of business this company runs required evaluation. The blaming so he is not nexar and vice versa. See attached letter. I am asking for a brand new camera replacement and refund. I bought 2 cameras and the quality is not up to par. They need to be responsible of what they are selling and those false promises.

      We received 1 returned camera from the customer, and he was refunded for this item. Please see the attached image as proof. It may take an additional 2-3 business days for the customer's bank/credit card to reflect the credit.
