    0n July 5th 2024 I brought my infinite car for a car wash. The employee let me know it was $20, I gave him my debt card to pay for the service but the employee signed me up for a recurring monthly service at &49 per month after the initial month without my knowledge. Additionally I already had a monthly service with them for my other car so the employee changed that monthly payment to the debt card I gave him without my knowledge or permission. I have four charges of $49 each that should be refunded. Called their service phone number four times and was put on hold for over an hour until I had to disconnect. Additionally I had earned a $100 bliss gift card that wasn’t working and have been calling them to get it to work. Sent two emails to bliss and they responded that I had used the reoccurring service for the Infiniti every month after I signed up for the service. I sent them an email explaining that the gift card was used for those washes but I never heard back.

    I went to wash my car at Bliss car wash on Aug 11, 2024 and my front windsheid was broken by there machine. They had me file a report and someone would get back to me. I called the 800 number 3 times spoke to Several people that said they would have someone call me. I also went back to car wash 2 times they said I would get a email and a call no later the Aug 26th 2024. I haven't gotten any calls back. I have called the 800 number yesterday and today and the machine says they can't take my calls. I called safelite and the windshield is $1500.00 and I don't have coverage with my insurance. The winshield had two places next to eachother where it cracked and now the damage has gotten large after almost 3 weeks. I'm afraid it may break on me. Please help
