    Not even 2 weeks into the membership im getting charges that he agreed wouldnt be charged. Since he promised he would not charge me those fees I never transferred any money from my savings account so when it got charged they charged it double + a late fee + another fee for insufficient funds.
    3 transactions that should have never happened all within 2 weeks of opening a membership. If he broke his own contract how can I get out of this sneaky contract without having to pay anything. I can see why his facility is literally so empty and depressing!

    Why is it so hard to cancel membership. We have been trying to cancel membership even before the Pandemic hit. My son has been paying $35.00 monthly on autopay and has not used the facility for over 2 yrs due to illness! You can check his card scanner, he has not used it for over 2 yrs. He's been calling and left a message so he can make an appointment to cancel his membership no call back! Emailed the assistant manager still no reply! He has spent $420.00 a year times 2 $840.00 with his hard earned money and unfortunately his bank cannot stop payment. He has to go thru ANYTIME FITNESS! How sad that people can do that basically taking money from others.
