    I contacted Frank & Sons to fix a gas range, they charged me a $95 service fee that I was assured would be credited to any work done (spoiler alert, no work was done). I asked them to fix the 1 of 4 burners that would not start, they found that the element that creates the spark was old and corroded, then they found they just couldn't find the part or a reasonable replacement. The part is available for $2.50 a piece on amazon. I also asked them to find and FIX a small gas leak. Not only did they fail to find the gas leak, once it was found I contacted them multiple times, the first time they refused to do anything, even after I offered to purchase the faulted component and only use them for the professional installation that ensures it is correctly installed and not leaking gas, well they said they would call me back... still no call.... had the gas company come out again, you know, after they found the leak in 3 minutes that Frank & Sons couldn't find in an hour, they said the leak was fixed... STILL nothing heard from Frank & Sons.
